If you purchased Green Shipping Protection with your order and your package was damaged, lost, or stolen, here's how you request a reorder. Green Shipping Protection reorders are made easy at reorder.corso.com or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will need your order number and the email address you placed your order with. Your order number can be found on the order confirmation email. Once you indicate if the package was damaged, lost, or stolen and complete the request, you will get a reorder confirmation.

How do I care for my Bamboo Little products?
All merchandise has care labels and/or washing instructions attached. Please refer to these instructions.
Our products are designed in Los Angeles and ethically manufactured in China. We focus on sustainability by using bamboo fabrics and eco-friendly shipping bags.
What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept unwashed, unworn, and unused items within 30 days from the date of purchase.

On domestic orders, returns will be charged a $7.25 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. If you select store credit or an exchange, the return shipping fee will be waived.
If you purchased a Bamboo Little product from any other source other than bamboolittle.com, please refer to their return policy. We do not accept returns for items not purchased on bamboolittle.com.
